Discrimination is everywhere in the world and no matter how many people try to stop the discrimination of certain races, it will never really go away. There are many white people who discriminate black people and Muslims or other races and this problem has been going on and on ever since this world began. It may sound funny that there is discrimination going on in the court because this is suppose to be a place where justice is served; even lawyers and judges discriminate people in the court because of certain things. It can be really difficult for these people to win a case if the judge is against them because they are being discriminated. Let us now look at some of the things that justify discrimination so without further due, let us begin.
The thought that you are better than others always leads to you discriminating other people because no one is really better than anyone when it comes to human beings because we are all created equal. This is one sign that can tell you that that person is discriminating others who they do not really know that much. You may be better than others but maybe that other person can do things that you can not do yourself so you should never think that you are better but you should live with your fellow human beings in peace. There are so many races out there that think that they are better than other races because they are richer and they are more good looking; while this can be true, it is not nice to pick on others just because they are poor or are not well off. Any kind of discrimination is bad and if you detect it anywhere, you should really approach that person and talk to them about it and see if they will change their way.
If judges were racist, they can not really make fair judgments because they are racist against some people and this is really bad and must be stopped; the thing is, it is really hard to detect these kinds of discrimination. One reason is that the person in court will not get a right and clean judging because the judge is against you. These judges or people in the courtroom should be those who are not racist or those who should not discriminate people but unfortunately, some are like these. If these judges and people in the court are like this, who will anyone win a case when the judge is racist against that person? There is not really much you can do about discrimination but you can try talking to people against it and see how they will react.
